Test Plan Creation
Test plan includes planning the testing activities and providing strong methodology to specifically verify that the criteria defined is met, addresses the test phases approved for the project/application is documented, reviewed and approved. The test plans are created in way that is easier to understand.
Test planning is carried out based on IEEE standards for software test documentation(IEEE std 829-1998) and other industry specifications.

Test Case Creation
Develop the test cases in a structured and clear format, implement the test cases, and validate performance, scalability and functionality claims for the product.

Automation
Extensive experience in working with a variety of tools such as Rational Robot, Segue's SilkTest, Mercury Interactive's WinRunner, LoadRunner and QuickTest Pro.

Checklist
Checklist provides a mechanism for evaluating and verifying all the QA activities planned for each phase of the QA lifecycle are met.

Defect Management
Use Client specified Defect Tracking tool or Standard Defect management tool.

Project Reporting
Reports summarizing the results of testing are documented, reviewed, approved and tracked.
